Here at White Gum Apples, we produce:

• Harcourt Apple Juice
• Harcourt Pear Juice and
• Harcourt Apple Cider Vinegar
• Harcourt Pear Cider Vinegar.

All our products are made using only locally grown fruit from the Harcourt region in Central Victoria. We use no concentrates or imported ingredients in our products.

The Tuscan climate of the Harcourt Valley is renowned for producing fruit with full rich flavours. Our fruit is carefully selected for taste and freshness, to reflect the nuances of the changing seasons, from the tangy autumn flavours through to the more mellow late autumn and early winter characteristics.

The traditional cold pressing methods we employ, extract a clear juice which retains all the healthy goodness of real fruit juice. Chilled fruit is crushed, pressed and further chilled before bottling, to retain natural flavour and provide optimum drinking quality and shelf life.
